Relying on the medical resources of Ikang Physical Examination Center, Justech Group organizes free medical check-ups for regular employees who have been working in Justech for six months and more to help them know their health conditions and carry out planned health management better.
To carry out the activity successfully, Justech University has strengthened the coordination and communication with the physical examination center to tailor-make check-up items for the group’s staff. In accordance with the Welfare Management Measures of Justech, the check-up packages for every colleague match their ranks. In addition, family members of our colleagues who want to take medical check-ups can also enjoy the same package benefits as they do. The Group’s 2022 annual medical check-ups officially began from July 20th. Colleagues at each Project Site can make appointment with IKang; the examination for colleagues working on Kunshan campus would be carried out by the medical check-up center from July 21 to July 22 in conjunction with the work arrangements of each subsidiary and functional department.
Before the examination, staff (colleagues of Justech University) arranged the agenda of medical check-ups for colleagues from all the departments according to the actual situation, with a view to reducing the time for queueing up. At the same time, the staff from Ikang and colleagues from Justech University also made some notices of examination in advance, informed our colleagues to comply with the epidemic prevention guidelines, and rehearsed on-site coordination and directing...... These sufficient and meticulous preparation would guarantee the medical check-ups adequately. On the exact day of examination, colleagues came to the site in an orderly manner to sign in according to the medical check-up arrangement, queueing up consciously and patiently to get the medical check-up list, and were guided by the staff to conduct the examination item-by-item.
During the examination of each item, the medical staff would contact with our colleagues to understand their daily routine in detail, patiently answer the relevant health questions raised by the them, and guide them to adopt a healthy lifestyle correctly.
At the end of the activity, our colleagues who have done the examination can also get a free breakfast.
Compared to previous years, the 2022 medical check-ups have at least 10 additional items in each package at the same price. In addition, the Group has prepared two additional free items for just experiencing, namely body fat analysis and bone density check.
The Group took practical action to care for its staff and gave them an in-depth understanding of their health conditions through comprehensive and detailed examinations. During the check-up, many employees said that the check-up not only enabled them to feel the care from the Group, but also raised their awareness of protection against related diseases. We hope that this welfare activity can enhance our colleagues’ sense of belonging and enthusiasm for work, so that they can actually feel the warmth brought by the company and put themselves into work with a more positive attitude!
